For certain treatments, a modest fee may be requested in advance to reserve your appointment. (In the majority of situations, the sum is £50.)
You can pay the remaining balance after receiving the process.
If you decide not to proceed with the operation following the consultation, you may receive your entire money refunded.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for free up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
However, if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before to the scheduled time or just do not show up, we will not return your £50 deposit.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, we will only reimburse your £20 deposit.
We will make every effort to accommodate those that arrive late. However, late attendance may result in a decrease in consultation time or an increase in waiting time.
You may request a refund of the course money you have already paid, but the actual amount you will get will be the preferred price of the course less the cost of the sessions you have already received.
We enable for the continuation of your incomplete courses by your family or friends.
Example 1: a single session of mesotherapy costs £350, whereas a three-session course costs £900. If you have only had one session, you may be eligible for a £550 refund. If you have had two sessions, you will receive a refund of £200.
For instance, the cost of the Thermage course (complete face session + eyes session) is £3599, whereas the cost of the Thermage face session is £2530. If you purchased the Thermage course but just completed the face session, you would receive a £1069 refund.
If the course contains a freebie (for example, a face mask) or other optional treatments, the cost of the freebie or other optional procedures will be removed from your refund.
The refund may take up to ten business days to complete.
Our whole range of services and goods are priced in British pounds sterling (GBP). If you choose a currency other than GBP as your payment method, the amount will be computed using Live Foreign Exchange Rates at the time of payment.
If you specify a currency other than GBP for the refund, the amount will be calculated using the original purchase price in GBP and the Live Foreign Exchange Rates in effect at the time of the refund transaction.
If a force majeure situation happens, such as a coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic or shutdown, we shall not be accountable to you for any damages resulting from treatment schedule delays. If you wish to request a refund, please follow and refer to the refund policy outlined above.
